IRISH WINE COOP
Crafting a Legacy Through Wine
We're delighted to embark on a journey that promises not just exquisite wine but also an opportunity to shape the socio-economic landscape of Ireland for the next decade and beyond. We apologize for our "Maccheroni English," but we promise our wine will speak a universal language of taste and tradition.
We do not own our land we borrow Her from our children.

Une famille Une Maison un Vin
Agriculture Evolution
If you think it is impossible to achieve our ambitious goal I wish you to go in the blog section and check how Neterland become the second Agri Food Exporter in the world (only after USA) with half the
Irish farmed land... partially under the water. NLD 2022 Agri Food Export €122B. IRL 2022 €16.7B.
How did they do it?
Factory Glass Houses for out of soil fruit and veggie all year round production along the Wageningen University as R&D Development centre for their new NLD Business Model.
According to our IWC vision instead of having huge Factory Glass Houses and the Wageningen University we will have thousands of small Finely Tuned Mediterraneal Climate Eco System with a berrel of wine production a year located at less than 3 minute walk from Rural Ireland New IWC Wine Makers back door.
With the IWC playing the role of R&D not fruit and veggie -as the Wageningen University- but Organic Wine.
Given the €400B Conventional Global Wine Demand and the 7B is the Organic Wine Supply our IWC potential of expansion -given the fact our IWC vineyard are 100% Organic- is beyond imagination.
The Rising of the Celtic Dragon
Our IWC Business Model is 100% Organic, Sustainable and Profitable because we can control all the element that keep the vineyard sickness free, therefore we can guarantee consistent high quality production of Organic Grapes despite the Irish weather and Global Warming trend.
For the record Netherland Agri Food Export cover the 12% of the 1T Global Market Value. If we will follow the same trend, given the simmetry and proportion for the Global Wine Market our 12% of 400B market share should grow up to 50B a year IWC Turnover before 2045. It's not just wishful thinking; it's math.

IWC Business Model:

A Journey of Knowledge and Community
The IWC 10-Year Masterclass /Academy encompasses a comprehensive curriculum, covering everything from vineyard setup to wine fermentation and marketing. We foster a community where tools, wisdom, and camaraderie are freely shared.
Vineyard Set Up: 36 IWC baby vine trees: 50% Gamay varaiety, 50% of hybrids.
At harvest time...
the new IWC Wine Maker bring the grapes to one of the IWC Official wineries
to be fermented into wine at a precise date. Harvest goes 77% to the Wine Maker 23% to the IWC according to the following principle: out of 300 bottles of wine, 200 to the New Wine Maker, 100 to the IWC... but 33 of the 100 sold by the IWC are payed back to the Wine Maker.
Once the new IWC Wine Maker feels ready to ferment themself at their home winery
and not at one of the IWC Official Winery, €750 is the cost of Private Winery Service Set Up (no matter the number of polytunnels), plus €75 for each polytunnel to cover the IWC cost to tour around all Wine Maker Wineries during fermentation. Harvest is still shared as above.
All IWC Tools to run the Vineyards and Wineries are available and shared by all new IWC Members.
