1 hectares (5 acres) of land possibly...

- 1 IWC baby vine tree Gamay varaiety (if you live in Ireland). The baby vine tree will be happy to live in your house as an ornamental plant as centre table (baby Gamay vine tree look like beautiful bonsai) but you can plant it in the soil inside a polytunnel when you will be ready to grow grapes and or become an Irish wine maker.
- At least six bottles of... spontaniously fermenting grapes juice... To be delivered between Winter 2024 an 2035. Did you ever taste a fermenting grape juice on the way to become wine? You will be free to join us at the IWC winery and taste the juices at different stage of fermentation before pressing either in the same or in different years. But for clarity, the bottle you get from this funding moment of the Irish Wine Coop are simply filled with our "jus de tire" (as we say in France) directly from full of grapes Irish Wine Coop vats. Distribution of the juices will be happening during the annual "Irish Wine Coop Open Door Party" which will be hold every 21st of September from Winter 2021.
